Fixed a crash issue when a user using Android 2.2 submits a score in offline mode.
Fixed so that the game doesn’t crash sporadically when a user changes the submit name to something invalid.
When a submit name is not set and a user presses the “change submit name”-button the text in the input field is removed.
Made the controls more responsive when using slow, small, gestures.
Optimized resource to shrink the total size.
